At no cost to you, we will provide you with the official health care bills from the provider required for filing a claim with your insurance company.

If you are insured, we will engage our years of international experience and expertise in the field to assist you to navigate through the, seemingly complicated, insurance procedures by

  • guiding you how to file a claim with your travel insurance company
  • exhausting any insurance coverage you have, whether private or national
  • communicating with you and your health care insurance companies from all over the world in many languages.
  • efficiently liaising between you, your insurance company and the Healthcare provider
  • responsibly following up to see the claim through
  • assist the patient with appeals, if necessary

We will need your help to communicate with your insurer and we will keep you informed of the progress with your claim!


Uninsured Patients

If you are not insured, or if your claim was denied by your insurance, we will:

  • extend to you an authorized discount for uninsured patients offered by the provider
  • work with you to search for avenues available in your country for medical financial assistance
  • design a payment plan, if needed, to assist with your financial circumstances
  • help you facilitate payment arrangements directly with the hospital
  • provide you with receipts of payment

If you are not insured, or if your insurance policy requires that you pay the provider first and then apply for reimbursement, we are here to guide you through the various payment methods. Your payment goes directly to the healthcare provider.

BDM does not receive your money! We simply facilitate the payment process made by you to the provider and then make sure that you have the proof of payment that you need.

We will help you make payments by:

  • check
  • credit card
  • bank wire transfer
  • tracing the payment to ensure that it is correctly posted to your account
  • designing and managing payment plans to ensure that they are processed until the bill has been fully satisfied
